Acceptance

By using LitVybe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must comply with local age, venue, and event-entry requirements.

Hosts, staff, and DJs

• Hosts are responsible for event details, team tagging, and communication quality on their events.
• Tagged staff and DJs must use their own accounts and must not impersonate another person.
• Enquiry assignment tools are operational workflows and do not create employment or agency relationships.

User content and conduct

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant LitVybe a license to display and operate the service.
• No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, impersonation, or unsafe behavior.
• Do not post content you do not have rights to share.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.

Events and third parties

Event details are provided by hosts and can change. LitVybe is not responsible for third-party venue, promoter, or artist conduct.

Payments

Subscription purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies where applicable. Tips and payout flows are subject to Stripe and other payment provider terms where enabled.

Limitation of liability

LitVybe is provided "as is" without warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Updates to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
