Delete Account

LitVybe users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open LitVybe and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open account settings.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Can’t access the app?

Email developer@litvybe.com from the email address linked to your LitVybe account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

• Your LitVybe account profile and sign-in access.
• Associated personal profile details stored for your account.
• App data tied to your account, subject to operational and legal retention limits.

What may be retained for a limited time

• Payment, payout, tax, and fraud-prevention records where retention is required by law or provider policy.
• Security logs and moderation records needed to investigate abuse, disputes, or legal claims.
• Certain event transaction records where retention is required for compliance or reconciliation.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
